Shame on my Nokia that boots up in 18seconds and loads webpages in less than 5, had multitasking from the first release, has a FREE applications store and a camera with dual flash…

Palm Pre? Sure a FAIL
iPhone? EPIC FAIL.

@duckwithnukes i know winmo has´em also, altough ive never seen one, but thats not the point, ive wanted to say that many of the apps in appstore dont do too much useful things. For the UI, the grid is fine for applications, but for main screen, i dont think its the best way.

What main screen? The applications ARE on the main screen (1st page). Did you mean something else?
There are some apps that have limited functionality in the App Store, but the majority of them are useful. Look at Augmented Reality apps. You could open one (I’ve used Yelp and Urbanspoon), point your phone at a restaurant, and instantly get a review.
